wildrovertours, tourism, day trips, tour departures, tour location, tour tickets, burren, titanic, galway bay, dublin tours, tours dublin

Hi Everyone
We are delighted to announce that we have TEAMED up with Wild Rover Tours to offer you a unique service that will see you picked up from our doorstep and delivered safely to one of Ireland’s many cultural and historical treasures.
Just imagine stepping out of bed, enjoying a full Irish-breakfast that will set you up for the day, step out the front door and begin a journey that can take you to such mystical places as the Burren Coastal Drive, The Cliffs of Moher or the romantic cobbled streets of Galway City. These doorstep to land/sea scape one-day tours offer you the luxury of enjoying a single transport experience, no hopping on and off, just sit back and enjoy the Wild Rover Tour experience.
Imagine a day trip to the Wicklow Mountains or Glendalough in Kilkenny, where you can enjoy the richness of Irish culture and tradition, you can snap the rustic land/sea-scape carved by the rigours of time.
These doorstep tours can take you in comfort to the sea washed and mythological soaked shores of the Giant’s Causeway, watch as the sea washes over the hexagonal prints left by the great giants of Ulster folklore. Why not journey to the Titanic Quarter in Belfast and browse over the now romantic story of the great ship Titanic etched in the chronicles of time by the great movie classic so beautifully acted out by Leonardo De Caprio and Kate Winslet.
Our doorstop pick-up can also transport you to a less romantic time in Irish history, one that is still too often played out on the streets of the north of Ireland, the Belfast City Political Walking Tour, takes visitors around areas that will be known mainly from news reports over the past 40 years. For those who wish to keep up to date with political and current affairs this political tour is a must, however, each visitor must make their own interpretation about what did or did not happen in the north of Ireland, so often, history has its own way of re-writing itself.
The Glens of Antrim Drive, Galway Bay, Aran Islands all offer their own unique chapter in the culture and history of Ireland’s unique land/sea scape. Whatever trip you take be that a coastal trip, and historical tour or a combination of both, you can be certain of safety, security and luxury as you get picked up on our doorstep and delivered to your place in time and history.
Even if you are not staying with us, but wish to wait for the doorstep pick-up, everyone is welcome to step into our premises and enjoy a value for money breakfast.
All Tour Tickets may be purchased at Reception

Each Mother will have made her own mark on life, sometimes we can be angry with our Mother, sometimes we wish we had not been angry, whatever our relationship with our Mother, one thing is for sure, when she is gone we will miss her. As a famous song says, “A Mother’s Love is a Blessing”, we may not always have felt that way, we certainly did not feel that way when we were not allowed out to the local disco or allowed to stay out after 10pm, but deep down we know that “A Mother’s Love is a Blessing”, who else would have cared enough to sit up waiting until we got home late, who else would have put yogurt in our lunch box. Praying to God to make us well and be ever ready to bear the pain that we may be experiencing. She is the one to wake up early in the morning to make the nicest jam sandwiches and endure all our tantrums. Mothers are the ones who would forever complain that we are not eating enough or not eating right. They would cook all sorts of things so that we are strong and healthy. Mothers in-fact, worry more for our examinations than we must. They would take pains to complete our school projects leaving all other works behind while we play around with friends or just while away time watching movies.
Whatever, your relationship was or is with your Mother, please take this Mother’s Day 2013 to say thanks to your Mother, for at least doing the best she could, for being there, and for taking the time to care about us, even when we may not have been as good as we could have been.

Brian O'Driscoll insists it doesn't matter who captains Ireland during the RBS 6 Nations, adamant it doesn't change the way he plays the game.

It was a typically marauding performance from the 34-year-old with just one difference as he was not in his usual role of captain – that responsibility landing at the feet of Jamie Heaslip following O’Driscoll’s sitting out the 2012 Six Nations and autumn internationals with injury.

But despite not walking the team out O’Driscoll admits that it won’t stop him leading by example on the pitch for the rest of the tournament.

"It was real Six Nations stuff, which you expect when you come to Cardiff," he said.

"The captaincy doesn't make any difference - I still see myself as a leader in the team and helping Jamie out where I can.

"You don't play any differently if you're captain. You always try to lead by the way you play."

Meanwhile, Ireland will delay naming their team to face England until Friday in an attempt to give some of their walking wounded a chance to recover.

Keith Earls will see a specialist after picking up a late shoulder injury in the victory over Wales while captain Heaslip suffered a cut to his leg.

Full-back Rob Kearney reported stiffness in his back after the game and underwent a precautionary scan, which reported no injury and he will be available for training
